1. Data controller
Data is processed by CFTS West Africa Group and its subsidiaries (Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, Guinea, Burkina Faso, Niger, Mali). For any question, contact us via the Contact page of this website.
2. Data we collect
- Quote and contact requests: name, company, email, phone, country, message.
- Customer account and orders: identity, contact details, delivery and billing addresses, order history.
- Payment: payments are processed by our provider PayDunya. We do not store any card or mobile money data.
- Newsletter: email address, with the option to unsubscribe at any time.
- Browsing: cookies and audience measurement data, only with your consent (see section 6).
3. Purposes
Your data is used to answer your requests, process and deliver your orders, manage your customer account, send you the newsletter if you subscribed, and improve our website.
4. Recipients
Your data is only accessible to the relevant CFTS teams (headquarters and the subsidiary in your country) and to our technical subcontractors (hosting, payment, email delivery), strictly within the scope of their services.
5. Retention period
Prospect data is kept for 3 years after the last contact. Order data is kept for the legal retention period applicable to accounting records.
6. Cookies
Necessary cookies (cart, login, security) are always active. Audience measurement and marketing cookies are only set with your consent. You can change your choice at any time via the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of every page.
7. Your rights
In accordance with the personal data protection laws applicable in our countries of operation, you have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your data. To exercise these rights, contact us via the Contact page. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.
